Kat Logic is making some changes

11 Dec

fw1I am so excited I don’t know what to do with myself. My mind is spinning as I jot down all the details and ideas that are swirling around in my head. Stick with me here.fw2

Kat Logic will be launching it’s first ever Kat Logic Newsletter Feb 23, 2009. Now, on that day, Kat Logic will be making a very important announcement about a HUGE change. Don’t miss it. Head on over and get signed up to receive the newsletter by signing the guest book.

Whether you’re an author, editor, publisher, blogger, reviewer, or just LOVE to read a good book (especially if you LOVE to read a good book), get signed up now. You won’t want to miss out on this one. There will be contests and prizes awarded to newsletter recipients only so get on the list!fw5

Can you tell I’m excited???  Join me, won’t you?  2009 holds great possibilities.  I am going in to the new year with high expectations. What are your plans for 2009? For the next, let’s say two years even? I want you to think about this. If it were your birthday today…if you were 80 years old and your great grand-kids were gathering around, what would you tell them about your life? Have you lived every single day with all the energy you could? Did you chase every dream you had, turning it into a goal with a deadline? Did you see those goals become a reality?

Get yourself a journal right this minute. It’s time to start turning those cobweb covered dreams into definite goals. For years I’ve muffled through life. Now it’s time to start living every single moment with all it has to offer!!!  What will you be doing in 2009 that changes your life???? Let’s hear it!!!

Author Joyce Anthony will be back for one final visit with Kat Logic tomorrow (Friday 12). Don’t miss it. She’s sharing wonderful photos of her furry family members and sharing what’s coming next. Be sure to leave comments and ask questions.

Okay, everytime I read one of your posts I keep wishing February was here all ready. Anything I can bribe you with? Don’t have money but maybe a Greek wooden Trojan horse? With Greek Gods willing to be your slave? No? Gee, you drive a hard bargain.

By the way, Joyce’s interview really pulled at my heart. She’s an amazing woman.

    Katrina,
You’re going places for sure! I can’t believe how much you’ve accomplished in the past year, even! Think back one year ago, wouldn’t you agree? Look how much you’ve grown as a writer already too! I’m so proud of you I could burst! As I’ve told you before, I’m very honored to be able to edit your books. I can’t wait to get to that day when you’re on the top seller’s list, and I can brag about how I knew you when….

I know it’s been an uphill battle, but as we know, nothing worth cherishing is ever easy. It’s the hard work you put into a project that makes it all the sweeter when it succeeds. It’s the unending doubt, and fear of whether a project will appeal to others, and plowing right through those emotions, staying focused, to come out the other end to find a great demand, that you realize there was no need for that doubt in the first place.

You have a gift straight from God, my friend, and the spotlight is on you this year to become a huge success and I’m so glad to take this walk with you.

Can’t wait for you to get here!! Have a safe trip! I’ve got the heat turned up, and your bed turned down. Plenty of hot cocoa in the cupboard too!

    Love ya, Toots!
