Drum Roll Please……….

Introducing 2009’s Most Influential Women.

You  nominated, you voted, you commented …. and now, these are the women you’ve chosen to as The Most Influential Women to follow in the year 2009.  The women you look up to. The women you’d want your daughters to follow. The women that will change the world with unselfish acts, passionate lives, and the God-given gift to help others.

button-3-8120 women were nominated. 993 votes were cast and nearly 150 comments posted on their behalf. In order to really get an understanding of how each nominee had impacted the lives of their friends, family and peers, we not only held a poll but we asked readers to post comments about each nominee so that we could get a better idea of their passion for life. The comments weighed very heavy in the voting as did the judges ratings and the nominee’s own input.

So, without further delay, here are the Most Influential Women of ’09 starting from 10 and going to #1 (of course being the top notch):

10.  Terri Camp

9.    Lynn McMonigal

8. Joyce Anthony

7. Melissa Loid Lazar

6.  Carrie Wilkerson

5.  Lisa Johnson

4. Lea Schizas

I’ve spent the last few days redoing my website so there is still a lot to be done. But, click here to view the top 3 winners and  all the prizes on Kat Logic Talk.

I will be contacting each winner personally to get their banners and other information later today. I’ll also be updating the links, adding banners, and doing a lot more on the site this afternoon. So please check back.

Please congratulate all of these women.

I am SO happy she made the list. Today has been a big day for her. She
was on the news today. She (and her calendar) were featured on Channel 7 News for the work she did on the 2009 Calendar of Love for The Women’s Crisis Center.
    Thanks so much,
